Opera Dragonflyを開けたら、502 Bad Gatewayが出てびっくりしたので、解決方法を調べました。
dragonfly.opera.comが死ぬと使えないクソ仕様だけど、dragonflyの実体を用意してOperaのconfigをいじってやればいけました。

つかいかた How to use
opera:config#DeveloperToolsに飛んで、Developer Tools URL欄に｢http://nc.f5.si/tool/dragonfly/src/client-ja.xml｣を入力してボタンを押し、Operaを再起動。
Enter "http://nc.f5.si/tool/dragonfly/src/client-en.xml" in the Developer Tools URL field in opera:config#DeveloperTools. Press button and restart Opera.

dragonfly.opera.comが落ちてても、Opera Dragonflyが使用できるようになりました。
From the next time, Opera Dragonfly will run even if dragonfly.opera.com is down.
